Consultation Work

As an antiracist social worker, educator, researcher, and storyteller, I have established a robust portfolio of work dedicated to fighting for social justice. As a consultant, I present customized workshops and training, supervision, public speaking, facilitate difficult conversations & healing circles, program development, and policy analysis.

 

My work is directed at professionals interested in addressing structural racism, implicit bias, and microaggressions in the workplace.

 

I have intensive research and materials focused on the operations of child welfare and the systematic racial implications. Addressing racial disproportionality and disparity in child welfare organizations includes:
